Very clean. Comfortable bed and a great view of wash/sea . We went off the cuff for a night in Hunstanton and were very happy to stumble across this place . We had room number eight with a sea view. I thought it was reasonably priced. Breakfast was extra and well worth the money that we paid for it. There is quite a lot of competition locally for Breakfast and I was happy that we made the choice to have theirs. The lady who greeted us was very accommodating and gave us good knowledge of local restaurants and pub's that serve food. Hunstanton isn't a very big place so everything is walkable within ten minutes. Room was well decorated with a few quirky bits thrown in . All in all a nice experience, and we would consider going back again.

There is nothing but a ' Big Thank You' for making a 3 night stay and breakfast! so wonderful and relaxing. Have recommended and will continue to ...hope we are lucky to come again soon. 😁

Absolutely love this guesthouse and ambience. The owners are really lovely going above and beyond making you feel very valued and appreciated. We have stayed a couple of time and would choose no other accommodation in the area, it’s perfect. The rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious and have a light airy feel to them. The breakfast is out of this world, freshly made and extremely filling. Thank you once again for being so hospitality, we loved our stay.

Spent a lovely relaxing weekend at Sunset Guest House. Greeted warmly by Michelle who was delightful and very helpful. Food was excellent (especialy the full english!) Rooms comfy and airey with beautiful views out to sea. Would highly recommend to family and friends for a long week or just a short weekend break. Well done all at Sunset😁👍

Really friendly staff and owner, great room, very clean , good sized shower..breakfast was superb...will go again and recommend this b&b to everyone...very central to all that Hunstanton has to offer...

Just got home following a great five night stay at the Sunset Inn. We had room 1, the Pine Room, which was a very good size; big comfy double bed; balcony; en-suite; plenty of drawers; and even a bit of a sea view. Everything worked well: wi-fi; TV; electric shower. We opted to eat breakfast at the guest house (which is optional) and were glad we did. I had the cooked English breakfast and my wife had the “English” Continental. Both were great quality and good value. There were a few helpful extras in the room: first aid kit; phone/tablet cables. There are four parking places which we got into on arrival and also on a couple of other days, but there is also ample street parking very close by. We managed to have our evening meal at five different eateries, all within a few minutes’ walk of the Sunset Inn. Finally, the hosts were fantastic.
